One thing became apparent to me this morning as I was sitting in McDonalds for a little breakfast on the road, and that one thing is that they only have three outlets in the whole restaurant. As they are striving to reach a broader audience and with the WiFi and the cafe feel their operations team overlooked a pretty big item. I find it hard to believe that McDonalds (who does about as much research as the US government) didn’t talk to consumers. Or maybe they talked to the wrong group of people (everyday consumers and not the ones that they were hoping to get – digital savvy’s). It’s really perplexing.
