Restaurants Look Beyond Chicken Fingers

If you haven’t seen it: there is a great article in the Wall Street Journal today about what restaurants are doing to lure more families in the doors. It speaks directly to the revamping of kids’ menus, healthier food and kids-eat-free nights. The article also touches on a subject that we’ve been talking about recently – kids pallets are becoming more refined as IHOP of all places is now offering a Tilapia fillet for kids served with broccoli.
